How long will my order take?

Personal embroidery and monogramming orders usually take 3-5 business days. Orders made by corporate accounts typically take 7-10 business days.

Can I cancel my order?

It may be possible to cancel your order while it's being processed, but once the order moves into production, it cannot be canceled. 

Can I return/exchange an item bought from AbsolutelyMonogramming.com at the Lafayette store?

All sales of custom embroidered and printed items are considered final. Of course if there is an error made by Absolutely or a defect in the product, we are happy to work quickly to remake the product exactly as you originally ordered. It is our goal that every customer is thrilled with their order.

Non-custom, non-sale merchandise sold and shipped by Absolutely Monogramming may be returned in "like new" condition with receipt, within 15 days of purchase. Purchases of sale items are considered final.
